Self-Worth

By now many of you know that my newest book Yeshua: One Hundred Meaningful Messages was published the end of May 2015. The messages contain a great deal of wisdom from the teacher Yeshua as he told his stories to me one after another until all one Hundred were recorded. Many human beings suffer from a lack of self-worth. If you are one of them, this might be your antidote. Even if you embrace your worth, this may enhance its quality and strength. Message 27 is about feeling worth and gaining insight into just how worthy you really are. We…

Anchors

We all know what an anchor is. We throw it over the side of the boat, the anchor sinks, and the boat becomes stationary. It is still. Parked. It stops moving except for bouncing a bit on the current or the waves. Anchors do the same job for us. Wherever we throw in our anchor, we stay. For example, if you were in an auto accident while making a turn at a stop light you might get stuck and begin to fear stoplights and intersections with stoplights. The stoplight and intersection become a negative anchor for you. On the positive…

Teachers

We are all teachers. We are all messengers. What I know now that I once did not know is that we are all teachers and we are all messengers. Yeshua: One Hundred Meaningful Messages for Messengers Each of us was born into our family for a well-planned reason, and each of us has agreed on an action plan for our life span. Maybe we have something…

For all other life In order for me to stay alive and preserve my species, it is necessary for humanity to live with me in awareness, understanding, and acceptance. Our human question is, “How do I define success so I can find contentment?” How I define success depends on my beliefs about myself and my competency, whether or not I feel safe in…

Maitri and Feelings

We all have feelings. It is what we do with them that is key to our satisfaction with life. Maitri is an ancient Sanskrit word that refers to self-compassion, unconditional friendship and acceptance of oneself. Maitri brings with it the basic understanding needed to find true happiness and joy. When living within the concept of Maitri, we see the world as a positive place and perceive life as a positive experience. We have enough trust in the God of our understanding – and enough trust in self to weather the challenges life brings to us. While we meet these challenges,…
