Every circle is an experience in love, kindness, and radical self – care for the mind, body, emotions, and soul. It is a gift that keeps on giving long after the eight weeks are over.
The healing circles are small and cozy. Maximum of 8. Minimum of 6.
We use a form of energy healing that we share with each other. Even though the circles are still virtual – the healing is very powerful. New ideas and perceptions are formed!
This circle focuses on the needs of working mothers and the “power of the pause”.
We are all managing our best through the collective trauma for over a year now. We as moms carry the majority of the burden with childcare, laundry, cleaning, and working – all at the same time. We tend to put ourselves last and are always teetering on the edge of burnout.
During this group we will empower each other to relax, create, and learn new skills to feel balanced and harmonious in our lives.
This is “mom time” once a week for eight beautiful weeks. Join us!
