Laughter – Don’t Leave Home Without It!

Some research says that it takes 7 warm and loving hugs a day to break even emotionally.  I say it takes 7 hugs and at least one good belly laugh…you know the kind that causes you to gasp for breath, hold your stomach, cry and have to run to the bathroom before you laugh yourself into an embarrassing accident!

  • I completely agree that you need a good belly laugh everyday. Luckily, my kids are adept at providing them, so I have at least several each day.

    Not only do they make me feel better emotionally, I swear those kinds of laughs are good for your stomach. They give it a workout.
