Pathways to Wholeness is all about Mindful Living

The “How To” of Mindfulness

~ Beginnings ~

“Though no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone
can start from now and make a brand new ending.”
Carl Bard

Simply defined, mindfulness means being attentive and aware in a now focused, experiential, evaluative manner. Mindful, conscious thinking determines our sense of well-being and our overall satisfaction with life. Our thoughts are our personal construction crew. We construct our life one thought at a time.

The result of mindful awareness is the development of our virtues, which are the basic positive building blocks of our life.  In the beginning we apply mindfulness to one activity at a time until we get the hang of it. With practice, our application gradually becomes a mindful lifestyle rather than a series of mindfulness activities.

Mindful Consciousness
Is a silent way, a peaceful way
A pathway to joy and peace within
A pathway to being fully present
Nurturing, restful, restorative and healing.
It is an opportunity to unify and harmonize my
mind, body, spirit, emotions
An opportunity to celebrate the magnificence of
my birth, my breath, my life
An opportunity to experience the splendor of all
life and all things within Creation
An opportunity for me to experience and
celebrate my oneness with Creation
An experience of wholeness
A healing for all – across time, for all time.
