Mindfulness: a conscious, reality based now focused awareness When we love ourselves we take care of ourselves, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Take a deep breath and hold it. If you’ll notice the “hold it place” before you exhale, your mind is perfectly now-focused. Not a thought exists, as you mindfully exploring your breath.
