Energy Psychology Expert, Spiritual Empowerment Mentor, and Inspirational Author Janet Nestor will teach a workshop at the Whyte Light Center, Raleigh, North Carolina on May 17, 2014, from 10am to 3:30pm . She brings with her 35 years of experience as a healing helper in the fields of Education, Energy Medicine, and Mental Health Therapy.

Based on her newest book Nurturing Wellness through Radical Self-Care: A Living and Balance Guide and Workbook, this interactive workshop will inspire you to live a more balanced, contented, and joy-filled life.
